Event Description


As westerners revel in designer lattes and cappuccinos, impoverished Ethiopian coffee growers suffer the bitter taste of injustice. In this eye-opening expose of the multi-billion dollar industry, Black Gold traces one man's fight for a fair price.

The local Fair Trade group are offering free tea, coffee and cake before the film, along with a Fairtrade quiz and Traidcraft stall so pleasee come along early.

This film is being shown during Fairtrade fortnight - if anyone has any ideas about other things to promote FT specifically during that time in the village please let me know. And tell your friends;-)
