We've been going 5 years! So as well as the film we will be celebrating our achievements with cake!

In Transition 2.0 is the new film from Transition Network, capturing inspiring stories of Transition initiatives around the world, responding to uncertain times with creativity, solutions and 'engaged optimism'.

All profits from the evening will go towards the repair of the Village Hall roof. Built in 1892 and donated to the community, the village hall relies on hiring revenue and fundraising by volunteers for income. £85,000 is needed for repairs of which £33,184 has been raised so far.

As part of the evening we will have an auction of promises. Up to bid are cakes, B&B, a singing lesson, a tractor driving lesson, massage and more.

We'll also have copies of the new book The Transition Companion for sale. The RRP is £20 and our usual price is £15, but we'll be selling this inspiring book for £11 one night only.
