Event Description
Come and learn strategies and build confidence to manage acute illnesses and minor injuries/health problems at home using homeopathy, naturopathy and nutrition. Starts Weds 20th January 2010 at Michael Hall School as part of their adult education programme. No previous experience or knowledge required!
An increasingly natural approach to health is a pathway towards becoming self-sufficient and developing sustainable, local resilience in health care in Forest Row. The best place to start making changes is at home, on a micro-level, in the way we look after ourselves and our families every day.
Come and join in - the course will be as practical as possible, plus a lot of fun!
