The latest in our series of Herbal Walks. Barefoot Herbalist Ben Fairlight-Edwards will take us on a fascinating tour of the hedgerows, fields and woodland just a short walk away from the centre of Forest Row.
We'll learn how to recognise and gather the healing herbs growing in abundance in the natural pharmacy surrounding us. We'll make Field Juices, Cold Infusions, Teas, and also a small pot of Cream to take home.
Bring your own lunch. Drinks and biscuits provided.
