It was very gratifying that the film screening last Saturday of The Mahabharata went so well from every angle. The hall was at capacity with an audience of 95 people and the film receiving a 93% positive rating  on the Film Society score system, as well as many positive comments on the day and online and through Twitter - you can read some here:

As there were quite a few elements involved in this particular screening, I thought it would be interesting to share the accounts for it. Thankfully we made a small profit on the event and we are very grateful to the Film Society for their support in making this screening possible.

I should add a proportion of our annual public liability insurance which is not included in the above.
