These are some interesting-sounding films from the 2012 United Nations Association Film Festival:

Bidder 70, one man's successful attempt to stop George W. Bush's auctioning of prime environmental space for drilling

Greedy Lying Bastards, indictment of the fossil fuel industry

In Short Supply, short about US small farmers

Nothing Like Chocolate, inspiring-sounding film about one man's quest to make chocolate

Ten Quintillion, 10 min film abaout the complexity of a garden's ecosystem

Unravel, short film about clothing recycling

A Wild Idea, 27 min film about Ecuador's project to stop Amazonian exploitation

Greedy Lying Bastards is a candidate for next season - will email them again

Have contacted http://soulrebelfilms.com about Unravel and maker of Ten Quintillion

Lots of interesting stuff at the Washington Environmental Film Festival. Archive listing of all films that have been screened here: http://www.dcenvironmentalfilmfest.org/u/film_archive

I've not looked through all of them, but these looked interesting:

Earth Days

Revolution

Darwin's Natural Heir (on E.O. Wilson)
